I’m a passionate, analytical-minded, and dedicated local government professional. My expertise, interests, and strengths lie in developing and implementing policies, programs, and services that promote the well-being of individuals and families, particularly those who have been historically marginalized or underserved. I have served more than 10 years in local government administration, with the goal of continuously improving the overall welfare of my community and region.
Currently, I work as a County Contracting Policy Analyst with the County of Santa Clara. Previously, I was the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Half Moon Bay, a Management Aide with the County of Santa Clara’s Assessor’s Office, and a City Council intern with the City of Santa Monica. Before my career in local government, I worked in journalism. I have a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Jose State University.
